Based on this article:
The Prime Minister issued a sub-decree amending Sub-decree No. 12, 2017, and of Sub-decree No. 221, 2017, on the uniforms, insignia, and flags of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces on 10 October 2023. These new regulations define the new flags replacing previous flags based on the national flag, and new monochrome, red and blue flags were introduced.

Its flag is red with emblem of the Ministry of Defence placed in the center of the flag, the Armed Forces Emblem is placed in the canton, and name of Ministry is written under its emblem along the bottom edge with yellow Khmer characters: ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ - Krâsuŏng Karpéar Chéatĕ.
